Jabba The Hutt - no clue on this one - 80? years before ANH
Qui Gon Jin - 65? years before ANH
Mace Windu - 65? years before ANH
Jango Fett - 62? years before ANH
Obi Wan Kenobi - 50? years before ANH
Padm Amidala - 46 years before ANH
Anakin Skywalker - 41 years before ANH
Boba Fett - 32 years before ANH
Lando Calrissian - 30? years before ANH
Han Solo - 25? years before ANH
Luke Skywalker - 19 years before ANH
Leia Organa - 19 years before ANH
Jacen Solo - 12 years after ANH
Jaina Solo - 12 years after ANH

Vehicles - I don't know if this is Lucas's answer, but what I read, I think in a novel (so maybe it came from Lucas), is that there is a black hole near Kessel, and pilots try to make "the Kessel Run" but going as close to the black hole as they can without getting sucked in, so Han was able to make it in 12 parsecs.

History - I only know Titanic beat it out.

Geography - Tatooine (twice), Yavin, Hoth, Dagobah, Bespin (which is in the Anoat system, I think), Endor. Those are planets - I don't know all the system names.
