Hey all, I have a friend who owns a toy store in Rosedale mall called Tomodachi. They are having a halloween party and wondered if anyone could make it over.
He is thinking there will be a few thousand kids at the mall that day. I plan on stopping by for a few hours after the Anoka parade. It would be great if
anyone would be willing to join me!

Are you sure that they let costumed (and especially hooded/cowled) people in the mall?

Yeah I guess the folks at the mall were super excited when my friend asked about it. They wanted to advertise it through out the mall.... so yes they will be
happy to have anyone who wants to come down. Supers included!

That's assuming the marketing and security people at the MOA have the faintest clue what the other is doing.
