The time of this FCBD event will follow the New Hope one, starting at 2 PM going to late afternoon (they are flexible on
the time).
We're there to basically have fun with the customers and photo ops. The store is excited to have us back this year!

Most of the sign up has been over on the 501st boards, here http://centralgarrison.org/viewtopic.php?t=1788 for New Hope 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM (or 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM
for those of us heading over to Hot Comics) and here http://centralgarrison.org/viewtopic.php?t=1793 for Falcon Heights 2:00 PM - ??. Looks like 10 or so
Troopers at each location, depending on how many maybes show.
There are also plans underway for breakfast at Fat Nat's (next door to Hot Comics in New Hope) at about 8:00 AM for anyone that needs some grease to gear up for a full day in

How did this go? I actually stopped into Hot Comics with the younglings at about 3:00. You guys were gone by then, but the loved getting pictures on the
Simpson's couch. Emily got a free Sonic the Hedgehog book. Cripes was that annoying to read...
The Hot Comics guy sounded very appreciative of your efforts. Thanks to those who worked on this!!

IT WAS AWESOME!
We had so many people in the first hour (I don't know how many HUNDREDS!!!) that they opened early, and I just stood there for an hour, holding the door open, and directing traffic for everyone! You guys were a HUGE HIT once you showed up, but you would have been SWAMPED for photo requests that first couple of hours!...ESPECIALLY with Chewy there! (Having a Vader there would have been AWESOME as well! Steve - You needed to bring a change of clothes! ;) ) The SW guys with Chewy and Batman, Robin, and Superman up on the roof, we brought in ALOT of business to The Source today! Here are some shots that my friend Kelly took...mainly of the heroes since he's our "Official Superhero Photog!" Glad it was a success at the Source as well. It was nice that it was not so busy at the beginning at Hot Comics, but it started to pick up. I think being
able to be outside helped. A lot of people stopped and looked and asked what was going on. The owner took a lot (and I mean a lot of photos), I'll have
to see if we can get some of those as well.
