I have been working on a Tenel Ka costume for dragon con. Unfortunately the pieces are coming together slowly because of school. I was able to fit this project
in for a class assignment.... so... yay!
 I'm also working on a stand for it but it's not done yet.

 . It was good to meet you. I need to attend more book club meetings. It was fun! BTW- Watch out for Darman. I think he meant what he said
about your arm and a clean cut to make your Tenel Ka costume more realistic There was something in his eye's .

It looks really good! Is it finished or are you still working on it? and how does it hang from a belt? or isn't it meant to hang from a belt? sorry about

I'm done with the lighsaber hilt but I'm still working on the stand for it. as for how I made it I took a bull's horn (suggested buy Matt, thanks
for the suggestion by the way) and I sawed off the end I didn't need. Then I took an 8 inch pluming nipple and used the clay to hold it place. I used
sculpty clay for the outer layer. I put in a picture frame hook with the nails to hang it on my belt (however I am a little worried the clay will break if I
bump into someone while wearing it). I also made indentations for where the door bell I painted would sit and where the switch would sit. I then baked the it
and let it cool. I ended up painting it twice. the first time it was too dark because I was trying ti match the reference photo. The second time I painted it I
tried to match the Horn I got instead and it looked a lot better.
well I hope that wasn't to confusing ( I'm kind of bad at explaining things) I also hope I answered everyone questions, if not just post them again. Thanks taking time to look and comment!
