Back in June of 2005 I discovered a Star Wars book...and read it..and loved it!! Then I saw there were hundreds of Star Wars books out there to read

So I began my quest to read EVERY book out there (adult and children books...all of them!). Finally today, 3 years and 5 months later, I finish the last book

Wow...so many good books, and a few bad ones too

. Now I can just read the new releases as they come out and re-read some of my favorites (like the RC series, Darth Maul: Shadowhunter, the Jedi Apprentice series)

Just had to share my excitement with everyone over finally being done!! See you all at bookclub sunday

Yay! I still working on that. I still have yet to read much of the comics, but I'm starting to read through them. I totally agree with you, SO many bad books ::cough:: Bounty Hunter Wars ::cough::

That is a tremendous accomplishment!

Well done! I started reading the EU about the same time you did and I have only read 62 books to date. I get side-tracked easily, especially in the summer

Wow that's awesome! I wish I had the focus to read all those books! to tell you the truth some of the books don't interest me at all. If I were to read them I would set it down and then feel guilty that for not finishing it and not another book would get read after that. But I'm perfectly happy having them in my little SW Library. Again Awesome Job!

Wow, fantastic job, Jenny! Now you can go back and reread your favorites.

Steve's right, are you really done until you've read the comics? (Heh, I should talk, I stopped buying them over 5 years ago-just too many to keep track of. But some real gems!) The X-Wing series was really good, as I recall.

I do plan to finish reading all of the comics....I'll just ahve to borrow them from a certain sith lord

And I so agree....Bounty Hunter war trilogy was the worst

Ugh, I couldn't stand that trilogy. I mean I've liked some of the novels a lot more than others, but that was the only one I had to struggle just to make myself finish it. I think the Dark Nest series is my next least favorite, and I didn't think that was too bad, just at the bottom of the list.

I recently acquired a whole bunch on audiobook. Figure it'll take me about the same amount of time (roughly 3 years) to get thru them all. Planning on doing them in chronological order.

Couldn't find Force Unleashed on audiobook though..... did you read that one, Jenny?

Just finished DM: Shadow Hunter -- it was great! Now I'm working on TPM novelization (number 3 out of several hundred)....never read any of the movie novelizations, but so far this one is fantastic. Lots and lots of added scenes and information.

Just finished Rouge Planet, now on Outbound Flight.

Very interesting how just about everything ties together....am I correct in assuming the "far outlanders" mentioned in Rouge Planet are the Yuuzhan Vong? (I have read Vector Prime, so I know a little bit about them and the fact that they have "living" ships)

You are right!! Zenoma Sekot ties into the end of the NJO series very signifigantly.....

Outbound Flight is a great book...you'll love it!

That's quite an accomplishment. There are a lot of books out there. I can't afford them all, so I pick and choose. I have about 132 SW books and I've read 108 of them.

good job! I just started rereading jedi apprentice. I'll be a granny by the time I get through them all. Though thats cause I've been following the comics pretty closely as well, so that helps.

It is a big task to read them all...3.5 years worth of reading

I'm now re-reading the RC series...my favorite!!

Jedi Apprentice is next on the list....you chose a great series to read yoda2002

They only released 4 of the Jedi Quest books on audio book.

I'm now on the novelization of Attack of the Clones.

I'm sure this sounds predictable and cliche, but the book is better.

It opens with the abduction and attempted rescue of Shmi Skywalker.

Goes a lot more in depth with Padme's feelings for Anakin.

Good stuff.
